Here at The Vestal Center LLC, we recognize that it is very important that you feel comfortable with your therapist.  We want you to feel included in the process.  Psychotherapy is not something that happens to you, but rather it is an active process that you guide and in which you fully participate.

Below you will find some basic information about the providers located at The Vestal Center, our professional interests, and our practices.  If you would prefer to see one of us in particular, please say so when you call for an appointment.  Not sure?  Tell us a little bit about why you are coming in and we will try to choose the therapist who best matches your needs.
